All return requests for online orders must be made online.
All electrical parts, gas parts, fuel parts and fuel pumps are NON-RETURNABLE and no credits, refunds or exchanges will be issued for these items.
We will accept returns for certain items within 14 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:
The item is not listed as NON-RETURNABLE, and is not an electrical part, gas part or fuel pump.
The item being returned must be in its original packaging with all manuals and instructions included.
The item must be new and not used or installed, an item that has been opened or installed is considered a used item.
The item must not be listed as excluded or non-returnable on this return policy page.
Returns that meet the requirements above will be subject to a restocking fee and all shipping costs (original and return), actual shipping costs will be charged on all UPS, and USPS when it is higher than the flat rate.
The restocking fee will be 30% with a $10.00 minimum restocking fee charge. (NOTE: All orders $33.00 or less will receive a $10.00 minimum charge for restocking)
To request a return, you will be required to fill out a return authorization request online at: partsfor.com/return then a return authorization number and return instructions can be sent to the email you provide.
Items that are sent back without a return authorization number, sent to the wrong address or sent after the return authorization expires will be refused and no refund or credit will be issued.
If an item is returned due to refusal of delivery, wrong address or undeliverable address that was provided on your order, additional charges will apply for reshipment, or it will be subject to our return policy. Non-returnable items that are refused delivery or returned will not be issued a refund or credit.
Items on the excluded list below are non-returnable and excluded from returns, refunds or credits.
All electrical parts are non-returnable, this includes switches, ignitors, motors, blowers, circuit boards, remotes, receivers, and any other electrical parts.
All fuel parts, fuel pumps, gas valves, pilot assemblies and any gas parts are non-returnable for any reason.
All items that have been opened, used or installed are non-returnable.
All items with tool marks, pipe thread sealant or any other evidence that a part has been installed or used are non-returnable.
Special order items are non-returnable.
Please Note:
We do not sell used parts and we do not sell parts so they can be used to try and determine what is wrong with a product and then return what does not fix it.
If a part is purchased and it does not correct the problem, or it does the same thing as the old part did, that does not make the part defective, instead it is an indication that the part suspected to be bad was not necessarily the problem. Also, if a part is called back for warranty inspection and when tested the part operates correctly all shipping and bench testing fees will be the customers responsibility.
