Parts information:

LCR16PT pilot not staying lit or not lighting problem is commonly caused by a bad thermocouple or faulty ODS Pilot assembly. It is more cost effective to replace the ODS pilot with part # 120630-02 ODS which also comes with the thermocouple and electrode.

When replacing the thermocouple only, you must check the thermocouple at the pilot bracket and compare it to the chart before ordering to verify correct replacement.
NOTE: The common thermocouple used on the LCR16PT heater was the 120790-01 with 2 wires and it is held into the pilot bracket with a screw and clamp.

When replacing gas valves you must verify the model number on your gas valve sticker and match it to the model you are ordering, if they don't match contact us for assistance before ordering. You will also need to remove the min rate screw (gas mixture screw) from the old gas valve to be used in the new valve for the correct gas flow rate.
